Introduction

Artemetic (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is the brand under which Antaya Projects LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN ABA-1277), operates its interior design and fit-out practice. Our registered office is at W1A 106 Wellington Estate, DLF City 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122009; our operating studio is at 2nd Floor, Ansal Time Square, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122009. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, message us on WhatsApp, or engage our services.

For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), Antaya Projects LLP is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. If you are in another jurisdiction (e.g., the EEA or UK), comparable terms apply.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or engage our services, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, company, project information, and anything else you share through forms, calls, written correspondence, or WhatsApp messages.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect device, browser, and usage information (IP address, pages visited, referring sources, and aggregate analytics).

Advertising data. If you interact with our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), we and our ad partners receive measurement data such as click events, conversion events, and hashed identifiers used for ad attribution and audience matching.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and deliver the services you ask for
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the studio’s website
  • Send transactional messages (project updates, scheduling, invoices) on the channels you have shared with us
  • Send marketing communications only where you have opted in, and allow you to opt out at any time
  • Measure the performance of our advertisements and reach similar audiences on Meta platforms
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the studio

WhatsApp & messaging

WhatsApp is our primary inbound channel. When you message us on WhatsApp, those messages are processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform under Meta’s policies, in addition to ours. We see the contents of those conversations and may retain them as project records.

We will only send you marketing messages on WhatsApp (e.g., template broadcasts) if you have explicitly opted in — for example, by clicking a Click-to-WhatsApp advertisement or selecting a marketing opt-in on a form.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp, or by emailing privacy@artemetic.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising, analytics & cookies

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies, grouped into three categories:

  • Essential— needed for the site to function (session, preferences, security).
  • Analytics— aggregate usage data to help us improve the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not track individual users across sessions. Vercel processes this data as a sub-processor on our behalf; see Vercel’s analytics privacy policy for details.
  • Advertising— the Meta Pixel and Conversions API help us measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and build similar audiences. Events sent to Meta may include hashed identifiers such as a hashed email or phone number.

You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling some categories may affect parts of the site or our ability to measure ad performance, but does not prevent you from using our services.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the categories of recipients below, under contractual safeguards:

  • Infrastructure & hosting providers (e.g., Vercel) for delivering the website
  • Communication platforms (e.g., Meta / WhatsApp Business, email providers) for replying to you
  • Analytics & advertising partners (e.g., Vercel for site analytics; Meta for advertising measurement and audience matching) to measure and improve our marketing
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) where strictly necessary
  • Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this Policy:

  • Enquiries & WhatsApp threads — up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted or anonymised
  • Project & engagement records — up to 7 years from project completion, to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations
  • Analytics— aggregate data retained for up to 14 months
  • Marketing consents & opt-outs — retained for as long as needed to honour your preferences

You can ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to any legal holds we are required to observe.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS for the website, access controls, and limited internal access — to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure; we do our best and continue to improve.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate or out-of-date data corrected
  • Have your data erased, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or other consent-based processing
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below)

To exercise any of these, email privacy@artemetic.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are based in India and are not satisfied with how your grievance has been handled, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once it has been constituted.

In line with the DPDP Act and the Information Technology Rules, 2011, you can contact our Grievance Officer for any questions or complaints relating to your personal data:

We will acknowledge grievances within a reasonable period and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms) operate outside India. Where information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we use contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a refreshed “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page or notified through the channel you originally contacted us on.
