A 16,000 sqft institute built into a DLF Cyber City premises. We ran PMC across the project — managing sub-vendor quality, timelines, and bought-out parts — and executed show elements including a wooden baffle ceiling, an acoustic fluidic ceiling, hexagon ceilings, logo walls, and phone booths.

Wooden Baffle Ceiling
A slatted wooden baffle ceiling runs the length of Altera's main circulation spine. Engineered to host services (lighting, AV, ventilation) without breaking the rhythm of the slats — the kind of detail where the design and the build team have to be the same team to get right.
