Restaurant & barinterior design in Gurgaon.
Artemetic designs and builds restaurants, bars, and hospitality spaces in Gurgaon. End-to-end fit-outs covering food-grade interiors, kitchen layout coordination, acoustics, ventilation, lighting, and bar millwork — under one accountable team.
A hospitality fit-out, end-to-end.
The six dimensions that decide whether a restaurant or bar actually works as a room.
Concept & spatial planning
Front-of-house layout, seating density, sightlines, flow between bar / dining / bathroom / kitchen pickup. The choices that decide whether a 60-seat room feels right.
Food-grade interiors
Every surface chosen for FSSAI compliance and daily wear: stone counters, sealed wood, washable wall finishes, drainage detailing. Beautiful without being precious.
Kitchen layout coordination
We coordinate with your kitchen consultant on layout, equipment placement, exhaust routing, and the cold-chain plumbing path. Front-of-house design that doesn't make BoH operationally awful.
Acoustics & ventilation
Sound-absorbing panels and treatments that let a packed room stay convivial without shouting; dedicated ventilation strategies for kitchens, smoking sections, and shisha lounges where relevant.
Lighting design
Layered lighting that hits food beautifully on the table without flattening the room. Dimmable scenes for lunch / afternoon / dinner so the same space reads three ways.
Bar & feature millwork
The bar is the heart of the space; we build it as bespoke joinery — curved fronts, integrated speed rails, backbar lighting, glass storage — designed against your beverage program, not a catalogue.
Hospitality & F&B work.

A 1,000 sqft fashion outlet for a Gurgaon startup, built with top-of-the-line custom elements.
Operatorquestions, answered.
First-conversation questions from restaurant and bar operators we’ve worked with.
- /01
- Three things: (1) every surface has to survive heavy daily use and be food-grade or food-adjacent compliant, (2) front-of-house design has to coordinate with kitchen layout and back-of-house flow, and (3) acoustics, lighting, and ventilation are functional requirements, not just aesthetic choices. A retail fit-out can succeed with one of these wrong; a restaurant fit-out can't.
- /02
- We don't design the kitchen itself — that's the kitchen consultant's role. We coordinate with them: bringing the BoH plan into the overall floor plate, routing exhaust and cold-chain plumbing, designing the pass / pickup area, and making sure the FoH-BoH transition is operationally smooth. If you don't have a kitchen consultant, we can recommend one.
- /03
- Treated as functional requirements from the brief onward. Acoustic panels (visible or concealed depending on the design), zone-specific ventilation strategies (dining vs bar vs kitchen exhaust), and sound-proofing between adjoining tenancies. Gonzo Bar — our South East Asian street-style bar in Gurgaon — is a good example of how these come together.
- /04
- Yes. Beyond the interior work, we can take on signage, menu / collateral design, and exterior facade treatment — anything visible to the guest experience. We don't run kitchen operations or staff training — those stay with the operator.

- 12–20 weeks from signed brief to soft opening for a 1,500–3,500 sqft restaurant or bar, assuming bare-shell space and no significant civil overruns. Larger spaces (5,000+ sqft) or heavily phased openings can run 24–30 weeks. We share a detailed week-by-week schedule at the BOQ stage.
- /06
- Yes — common for hospitality brands testing a market. We design the full layout up-front, then sequence construction so you can open Phase 1 (often bar + tasting menu) while Phase 2 (full dining, private rooms, terrace) builds out in parallel without disrupting service.
